Audio Play Room is committed to getting your new gear to you fast. Most orders will be shipped out within one business day. Saturdays and Sundays do not qualify as business days. If you placed your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday. However, we do aim to get your order out quickly, and lots of orders do go out the same-day.
FREE Economy Shipping to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes are extra and subject to a surcharge. Shipping times range from 2-8 days (US lower 48 states) to 4-14 days (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, PO Boxes). If you need your gear faster, you may choose an expedited shipping method at checkout at an additional cost. We will make every effort to ship your purchase the same day that you order it!
Exceptions: Please note that due to extreme size or weight, a very small number of items carry a charge which covers ONLY the "oversize or overweight" portion of the shipping fees that we are charged.
Audio Play Room ships packages using the following methods: USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We are sorry but we are not able to ship on your customer account number.
We ship from several different warehouses around the country. It is possible that the shipping method you choose at checkout may not be how we ship your products due to warehouse processing limitations. We will always ensure that the shipping time is at least equivalent to the method you selected. If you have ordered more than one item, you may also receive your shipment in different packages on different days. We will do our very best to ship in as little packages as possible, but sometimes more than one shipment is needed to fulfill certain orders.
Signature Required for Delivery: In order to protect your shipment from theft, we require a direct signature when delivered on most orders over $100. An email will be sent upon shipment so you can check delivery dates with the tracking number provided. Please make certain someone is available to receive your package or shipping charges may incur after three delivery attempts. To protect your order, shipments cannot be rerouted after it leaves our warehouse. Should you need to update your delivery address or request a pickup at a shipping facility, please contact an Audio Play Room representative and we will update the information with the shipping company accordingly. Any packages that require rerouting will be charged a surcharge fee of at least $10.00.
International Orders: All international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Worldwide, or UPS Worldwide depending on size, weight and service availability from the USA to your country. Transit time from the USA via USPS is expected to be 3-21 days (depending on the type of shipping method you choose). USPS times are approximate and are not guaranteed, in addition please note this is TRANSIT time, customs handling time is not included and can extend the actual delivery time significantly. Customs clearance time or delays are beyond our control. We do not know how much your customs fees may be, you need to contact customs in your local area to determine these fees. Delivery time for DHL and UPS Worldwide is 2-4 days depending on destination and shipping method chosen (this includes customs clearance time).International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. If your order is returned to us for any reason (such as a refusal to pay customs fees, or incorrect delivery address etc) your shipping charges are not refundable.
When an international order contains multiple items, Audio Play Room, will wait until the entire order is complete before shipping, unless otherwise requested. Our system automatically calculates and charges you a discounted shipping rate based on the assumption that all items are shipping together. If you request that items are shipped individually then additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that we do not ship to every country, if you do not find your country in our drop down country menu we do not ship to your location. If you do not see your country listed, it is best to contact us to determine if shipping to your country is possible.
If you provided an incorrect or outdated address, via Checkout or Paypal, we will do our best to honor your request to change it. Since we ship out your orders extremely fast, once it leaves our facility, there is no way to change that. Additional shipping charges will apply for a recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.
Store Pickup: Many orders you make online are available for in-person pick up at our Miami, Florida location. Please call us with your order number to arrange contactless curbside pick-up.
