Avid Pro Tools is the industry standard when it comes to audio production. Used by professionals around the world in the music production, post and game design audio fields, Pro Tools can handle huge sessions with ease, giving you all the tools you need to edit, record, mic and produce with rock solid stability and pristine sound quality.

 

Avid Pro Tools works with any Mac- or PC-compatible audio interface, lets you mix multiple audio file formats and bit depths within the same session (including interleaved) without any file duplication to cause project bloat. It also offers a full MIDI sequencing environment and has on-board notation courtesy of the Sibelius scoring engine. Pro Tools includes the Avid video engine, meaning you can work with full HD video directly on the timeline rather than lengthy transiting, as well as supporting Avid Mojo and Nitris hardware plus third party video play out devices from Black-magic and AJA.

Avid Pro Tools is available as either a Perpetual or Annual Subscription license. It offers up to 128 audio tracks, 512 MIDI tracks, a maximum of 32 physical audio inputs and outputs, EUCON integration and a suite of over 60 plug-ins.

Authorization is via iLok Cloud (no physical dongle required, requires active internet connection), alternatively you can use a physical iLok USB key for authorization (available separately).
